If you are a non-pregnant woman aged 16–64 experiencing mild to moderate UTI symptoms, you are eligible for same-day treatment at your local pharmacy through the NHS Pharmacy First scheme. Like a GP, pharmacists are able to assess your symptoms, provide suitable advice and prescribe antibiotics if needed. If your symptoms are more serious—such as blood in your urine, newly developed one-sided lower back pain, nausea, vomiting, or a fever—or if they have been present for a long time, please proceed with this form.

All UTI treatment requests are processed by our clinicians between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri. Any requests sent through after this window of time will be processed the next working day.
